Cook by Sunday, Raid by Friday
I am Adam Campbell, and I run my weeks like a kitchen during dinner rush. Sundays are for prep: groceries, keybind checks, addon updates, bags emptied. Weeknights are service: dungeons, raids, farm routes, executed without panic. The two halves of my life turned out to run on identical discipline, which is why this blog talks about both.
Mise en Place Applies to Azeroth
Ask any cook what ruins a service and they will say the same thing as any raid leader: showing up unprepared. My consumables are sorted before invites go out. My routes are planned before the group assembles. My gold spending follows a weekly budget the same way my grocery list does. None of this is talent. It is just prep work, applied to dragons instead of dinner.
What Is Actually on This Blog
- Dungeon etiquette and calm first clears, learned the embarrassing way first.
- Interface setups that survive contact with real groups, tested across many evenings.
- Gold notes written with a stopwatch running, because economies deserve honesty too.
- The occasional recipe, for readers who arrived here from the kitchen years ago.
How to Use Me
New to WoW Forever? Start with the beginner notes and ignore optimal builds until basics click. Returning after years away? Read the etiquette pieces first; the game changed less than the players did. Stuck on something specific? The contact page is the fastest route to an answer, and good questions often become full guides.
Everything published lives on the All Posts page. Dinner is at six, raid invites at eight.
Good prep means the boss fight is the easy part of the night.

Dinner Rush Rules for Dungeons
Prep decides my WoW week the same way it decides dinner. On Sunday I sort bags, update addons and check keybinds so Friday raids start clean. Weeknight dungeons are service: quick, tidy, no panic when a pull goes wrong. I like classic-style leveling for its slower rhythm, and I keep farm routes simple enough to run half-asleep. Professions are my pantry, always stocked a little ahead, and spare gold stays in reserve for repairs and surprises.
